Helping set the stage for true healing through a variety of advanced bodywork techniques, support, education, and empowerment 

I strive to provide holistic support through the implementation of advanced and varied soft-tissue treatment techniques, patient education, lifestyle modification support and patient empowerment, using a combination of advanced soft tissue techniques that deeply relax, rejuvenate and help treat tension, pain and muscle tissue imbalances. Some of the techniques I draw from are: deep tissue, trigger point work, lymphatic drainage, structural relief therapy, Trager, Lomilomi, hydrotherapy, hot stone massage, stretching and yoga. Special additional training include Manual Lymphatic Drainage to reduce edema/swelling and increase immunity and Advanced Intra-Oral/TMJ massage for jaw and neck issues such as whiplash, pain from dental/orthodontic procedures, headaches, grinding and tension. 

My office is located at 530 W Fir Street, Ste A1, in Sequim, WA, next to Lodge Chiropractic. I see patients in the office and take mobile appointments by arrangement. I accept credit/debit, HSA cards, cash or local check. I no longer bill insurance plans.
